Shipping Method & Pricing

The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.

Possible delivery options:

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard Shipping

      The estimated delivery period is 3-5 business days for Domestic orders, 7-11 business days for Canada orders, and within 3-6 weeks for International orders, depending on the delivery address.

    • Priority Shipping

The estimated delivery period is 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.

The time periods indicated above will be longer for more remote regions.

Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days.

You’ll receive order status updates via email.

Order Changes

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.

Remember, you can’t cancel or modify your order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.

At Stoners Club, we try our best to make our products available to our customers. We currently offer domestic and international shipping options, and plan on extending our reach to our customers located in more remote locations. If there are any shipping restrictions for your delivery address, you’ll see this at the time of purchase.

Time Of Payment

Your order will be charged at the time of shipment.

If you’ve paid with Paypal, the payment will go through as soon as the purchase is completed.

Some banking institutions may withhold a pre-authorization and an actual charge. This amount will automatically be deleted. If that is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank so they may expedite removal of the pre-authorization withholding amount.

Returns/Exchanges

This return policy only applies to products purchased from Stoners Club SC. We are confident in the satisfaction our products provide. However, we are pleased to assist customers of Stoners Club SC with requests for a return within 14 day(s) after confirmed delivery. After requesting a return, you then have 30 day(s) to return the item(s). All returned items must be in original or unused condition (unworn, unaltered, and undamaged). Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. Stoners Club reserves the right to accept or reject a return based on the reason for the request. Refused delivery is not an acceptable means of return. All returns that meet Stoners Club SC Return Policy requirements, will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business day(s) after the inspection and approval of all returned item(s). The cost of shipping is non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total, prior to you being issued a refund.

Standard Returns Policy

  • You have 14 day(s) after confirmed delivery to make a return request. You then have 30 day(s) to return the item(s).

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 day(s) after confirmed delivery.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Stoners Club SC can be returned to Stoners Club.

  • Please ensure that the item(s) you're returning is repackaged with all accessories and add-ons.

  • Returns are processed 5-7 business day(s) after your item(s) are received by Stoners Club.

  • Stoners Club is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • All returned items must be in original or unused condition (unworn, unaltered, and undamaged).

International Returns Policy

  • You have 14 day(s) after confirmed delivery to make a return request. You then have 30 day(s) to return the item(s).

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee before a refund is issued.

  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history.

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Stoners Club items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

How To Make a Return

Please access our Online Returns Portal to start the return process.

 

Exchange Requests

We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges for items purchased from Stoners Club SC. However, in limited circumstances we may be able to replace item(s) received damaged or defective due to shipping. All requests for an item replacement must be reported within 7 days of you receiving your order. All requests made after 7 days of you receiving your order will be immediately declined.

​

We may make an exception for the following reasons:

- Product was damaged during shipment.

- The wrong item was received in shipment from the item listed in your order.

- The wrong size was selected when purchasing an article of apparel; the size chosen does not fit (larger or smaller size needed).

​

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Stoners Club SC Online Request Form. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
